Nobody wakes up and wants to play a smaller game. Innately, we have a desire to grow in areas that inspire us. Many aren’t interested in learning the long list of foods that offend the nervous system, and I’m here to tell you that a diagnosis of depression could be secondary… I’m not discrediting anyone’s experience: I’m highlighting the way the body is designed. Protecting your frontal lobe gives you more control over witnessing your thoughts, the very one’s that are depressing your central nervous system. And because we eat at least 1-3 times a day it is a PRIORITY to test for food sensitivities. This will give you insight no allergist can provide, because it is IgG mediated not IgE. Knowing which foods are offending your brain may make the world of a difference, and even improve concomitant psychological therapeutics!
